Warranty

3 year Limited Warranty on the power unit when used in instructed fashion. 30 day Limited Warranty on the Exciter Water Head for manufacturing defects.

Must complete registration form on FOCUS machine to be eligible for all Warranties. (Registration consists of Model number, Serial number, Name, address, phone, email address & date of purchase)

Return Policy

A New FOCUS complete system may be returned within 14 days from the date on the sales receipt provided it has not been used, and receive a full refund.

If the unit has been used within these 14 days, a 25% restocking charge will be required.

$500.00 insurance needed to ship back power boxes.
